Ingredients
. 225 g skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
. AJI GINISA ORIGINAL
. 30 g peanut
. 40 ml red wine vinegar
. 50 g white sugar
. 120 ml canola oil
. 2 g ground mustard
. 165 g mixed lettuce - rinsed and torn
. 75 g sliced fresh strawberries
Simple Procedure:
1. Season chicken with AJI GINISA ORGINAL and grill. Remove from heat, cool, and slice.
2. Cook peanuts until fragrant, stirring frequently.
3. In blender, combine the red wine vinegar, sugar, canola oil, mustard, and season with AJI GINISA ORIGINAL. Process until smooth.
4. Arrange lettuce on serving plates. Top with grilled chicken slices, strawberries, and peanuts. Drizzle with dressing to serve.
