Chicken Diabolo using Magnolia Chicken halves

Ingredients:

2pcs Magnolia Chicken halves 
Chili flakes 1 g
Salt 1g
Pepper 1g
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 whole Onions, minced
Lemon 1/2pc 
Olive oil 30ml
Roasted potato wedges 300g
Haricot verts 200g
Cherry tomato 100g 

Directions:

  1. Season Magnolia Chicken halves with salt and pepper. Add chili flakes, garlic and onion. Marinate this for about 3 hours.
  2. Add lemon juice and oil. Massage the chicken for a while. 
  3. If using brick oven, prepare the cast iron pan. Put the chicken on the pan. OR If using oven/turbo, place the chicken on a baking dish. Bake at 350F for about 35 mnts or until cooked through.
  4. Garnish with haricot verts, roasted/panfried potato wedges, parsley and cherry tomatoes.
