INGREDIENTS:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 150g spinach, cleaned, stems removed and torn into bite size pieces
- 200g mixed lettuce, cleaned and torn into bite size pieces
- 60g sliced button mushrooms
- 60g oyster mushrooms
- 60g shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 1 1/2 cup strawberries, hulled and cut in fourths
- AJI GINISA ORIGINAL
PROCEDURE:
- Toss spinach, lettuce and onion together. Scatter oranges and strawberries on top.
- In a pan, sauté the mushrooms in olive oil and lemon juice and zest then season with AJI GINISA ORIGINAL.
- Pour dressing over the greens and mushrooms.
DRESSING:
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- AJI GINISA ORIGINAL
Mix together in bowl sugar, mustard, paprika, honey, vinegar, lemon juice, and season with AJI GINISA ORIGINAL. Put into blender; on low speed, pour oil into mixture very slowly.
