Ingredients:
Water 500ml
Tomato 90g
Onion 80g
Ginger 40g
Water 500ml
Fried pugapo or lapu-lapu 1pc
Kalabasa 200g
Sitaw 90g
Talong 90g
Okra 100g
Patis 50ml
Directions:
- In boiling water, drop tomatoes, onions, kalabasa. Allow to boil. (optional: crushed ginger)
- Add talong, sitaw and okra.
- Fillet the fried fish (pugapo or lapu-lapu – pwede ang left-over fish)
- Allow to boil until malagkit because of the okra.
- Season with patis.
- Add malunggay towards the end of the cooking then turn fire off.
