Utan Bisaya

Ingredients:
Water 500ml
Tomato 90g
Onion 80g
Ginger 40g
Water 500ml
Fried pugapo or lapu-lapu 1pc
Kalabasa 200g
Sitaw 90g
Talong 90g
Okra 100g
Patis 50ml

Directions:
  1.  In boiling water, drop tomatoes, onions, kalabasa. Allow to boil. (optional: crushed ginger)
  2. Add talong, sitaw and okra.
  3. Fillet the fried fish (pugapo or lapu-lapu – pwede ang left-over fish)
  4. Allow to boil until malagkit because of the okra.
  5. Season with patis.
  6. Add malunggay towards the end of the cooking then turn fire off.
