450 g cubed boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 carrots, thinly sliced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp dried basil, crushed
100g snow peas
AJI GINISA ORIGINAL
1 tbsp vinegar
1/3 cup apple juice
1/4 cup slurry
1/2 granny smith apple, cored and thinly sliced
2 cups cooked brown rice
Directions:
- Stir-fry cubed chicken breast and apples until lightly browned and cooked.
- Stir-fry carrots and basil in oil until carrots are tender. Stir in snow peas.
- Season with AJI GINISA ORIGINAL and stir-fry for a minute.
- Add apple juice, vinegar and simmer. Add slurry, apples and chicken.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
