Ingredients:
1 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
1 large egg, beaten
AJI GINISA ORIGINAL
2 tbsp. oil
1 thumb sized fresh turmeric (dilaw), sliced
1/3 cup spring onions
1/3 cup chorizo, diced
1/3 cup bacon, diced
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. white sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cups cooked rice
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix together the fish sauce, vinegar and soy sauce.
- Heat the wok, and briefly scramble the egg, set aside.
- In the same wok, add the bacon and chorizo and cook, add the spring onions, turmeric and stir-fry for a couple of minutes until aromatic.
- Add the rice, fish sauce and stir-fry for about a minute to heat through. Add the reserved spring onions and coriander.
- Toss then add the egg, breaking up the pieces then season with AJI-GINSA ORIGINAL and give a final stir-fry. Serve immediately.
