Tuna Burger

Ingredients:
2 cans tuna in water, drained
2 eggs,beaten
1 tsp. dried basil
1 carrot, finely grated
1/4 cup bread crumb
1 green onion, finely sliced
2 tbsp chopped parsley
AJI GINISA SHRIMP
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 tsp. olive oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 salad tomato
150g mixed greens
4 hamburger buns

Directions:

  1. Combine tuna, eggs, carrot, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, AJI GINISA ORIGINAL and cayenne. 
  2. Shape mixture into patties. Pan fry tuna patties for four to five minutes on each side; 
  3. Serve on hamburger buns. Assemble burger with mixed greens, tomato and mayonnaise.
