Ingredients:
2 tbsp oil
1 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika powder
1 tsp chili powder
AJI GINISA SHRIMP
4-5 star anise
1 stick unsalted butter
2 pompano, cleaned
Cilantro for garnish
Procedure:
- Season the pompano with AJI GINISA SHRIMP, pan fry fish until cooked, set aside.
- Heat the oil in a medium skillet. Add tomato sauce, paprika, chili powder, star anise, honey and season with AJI GINISA SHRIMP. Let it simmer.
- When the fish is done, brush the sauce over the fish. Garnish with cilantro.
