BEEFY BROCCOLI

Ingredients:

300g beef sirloin, thin strips
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup button mushroom, sliced
1/2 cup young corn, halved
1/2 head broccoli, blanched
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 cup oyster sauce
2 tbsps soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 pc Aji-Ginisa 7g Original
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp slurry


Procedure:

1. In a bowl, add cornstarch to beef and season with AJI-GINISA (ORIGINAL).
2. Stir fry beef in a pan until brown and set aside.
3. In the same pan, sauté the mushrooms, young corn and add in soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, water, slurry and simmer until sauce thickens.
4. Add in the beef and simmer.
5. Place the beef in the center of the plate or platter then place the blanched broccoli at the side.
