Tilapia Teriyaki with Garlic Bokchoy

Ingredients:
2 tilapia fillets
1/2 cup flour
1 pc Aji-Ginisa 7g Shrimp
Oil for deep frying
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsps sugar
2 tbsps vinegar
1 thumb-sized ginger, sliced
1 head bokchoy
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsps chili garlic
1/4 cup water
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 spring onions



Directions:

  1. Season tilapia fillet with AJI-GINISA SHRIMP, then dredge in flour and deep fry. Set aside. 
  2. In pan, heat soy sauce, ginger, sugar and vinegar. Simmer and set aside. 
  3. In another pan, heat the chili garlic sauce with a little sesame oil then add the bokchoy. Add a little water to steam. 
  4. To plate, place the chili bokchoy on plate as bedding for the fried tilapia then pour the teriyaki sauce over the fish. Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions.
