Ingredients:
2 tilapia fillets
1/2 cup flour
1 pc Aji-Ginisa 7g Shrimp
Oil for deep frying
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsps sugar
2 tbsps vinegar
1 thumb-sized ginger, sliced
1 head bokchoy
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsps chili garlic
1/4 cup water
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 spring onions
Directions:
- Season tilapia fillet with AJI-GINISA SHRIMP, then dredge in flour and deep fry. Set aside.
- In pan, heat soy sauce, ginger, sugar and vinegar. Simmer and set aside.
- In another pan, heat the chili garlic sauce with a little sesame oil then add the bokchoy. Add a little water to steam.
- To plate, place the chili bokchoy on plate as bedding for the fried tilapia then pour the teriyaki sauce over the fish. Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions.
