Pork with Black Bean Sauce

Ingredients:
Meat and Marinade
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons black bean sauce
300g boneless pork loin, cut into 1 inch strips
AJI GINISA ORIGINAL

Vegetables
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
1 cup shredded sliced carrot
1 cup cauliflower, cut into bite sized florets

Procedure:
  1. Combine the soy sauce and black bean sauce in a bowl.
  2. Add the pork strips and marinate for a while.
  3. In a hot wok, add the bell peppers, carrots, cauliflower. Saute for a minute or two then set aside.
  4. Strain the marinade from the pork into a separate bowl.
  5. Add the marinated pork and a little of the marinade into the wok and stir fry until cooked.
  6. Add vegetables back into the wok, season with AJI GINISA ORIGINAL and stir fry until all ingredients are combined.
