Meat and Marinade
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons black bean sauce
300g boneless pork loin, cut into 1 inch strips

Vegetables
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
1 cup shredded sliced carrot
1 cup cauliflower, cut into bite sized florets
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons black bean sauce

1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
1 cup shredded sliced carrot
1 cup cauliflower, cut into bite sized florets
Procedure:
- Combine the soy sauce and black bean sauce in a bowl.
- Add the pork strips and marinate for a while.
- In a hot wok, add the bell peppers, carrots, cauliflower. Saute for a minute or two then set aside.
- Strain the marinade from the pork into a separate bowl.
- Add the marinated pork and a little of the marinade into the wok and stir fry until cooked.
- Add vegetables back into the wok, season with AJI GINISA ORIGINAL and stir fry until all ingredients are combined.
