Java Rice


Ingredients:

1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 cups cooked rice, cooled
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
chopped parsley for garnish
Procedure:

1)  In a wok, heat oil.  Then add cooked rice.

2)  Add bell pepper, ketchup and soy sauce.

3)  Mix until rice becomes yellowish-orange in color.

4)  Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.  Serve hot.
