Beef and Fried Potato Stir fry

Ingredients:

350g Beef tenderloin, strips
3 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp cumin
2 or 3 green chilis, sliced
2 tomatoes, seeded and cut into strips
¼ Soy sauce
3 tbsp Lemon juice
AJI GINISA ORIGINAL
1 jigger brandy
1 potato, cut into fries
Hot cooked rice -- about 2-3 cups

Directions:
  1. Season potato fires with Aji Ginisa Original and deep fry.
  2. Fry beef and set aside
  3. Stir fry chillis and add tomatoes, cumin, soy sauce and lemon juice.
  4. Return beef and potato into the wok, season with Aji Ginisa Original.
  5. Pour brandy and flambe.
  6. Place big scoop of rice on plate and serve beef over rice.
