350g Beef tenderloin, strips
3 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp cumin
2 or 3 green chilis, sliced
2 tomatoes, seeded and cut into strips
¼ Soy sauce
3 tbsp Lemon juice
AJI GINISA ORIGINAL
1 jigger brandy
1 potato, cut into fries
Hot cooked rice -- about 2-3 cups
Directions:
- Season potato fires with Aji Ginisa Original and deep fry.
- Fry beef and set aside
- Stir fry chillis and add tomatoes, cumin, soy sauce and lemon juice.
- Return beef and potato into the wok, season with Aji Ginisa Original.
- Pour brandy and flambe.
- Place big scoop of rice on plate and serve beef over rice.
