350g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 tbsp white sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp orange juice concentrate
AJI GINISA ORIGINAL
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 tsp orange zest
1 can mandarin oranges
2 tbsp grated fresh ginger
8 broccoli florets, blanched
oil for frying
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, orange juice, soy sauce and season with AJI GINISA ORIGINAL Set aside.
2. Season cornstarch with AJI GINISA ORIGINAL and dredge beef to coat. Fry in the hot oil until crispy and golden brown; set aside.
3. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add orange zest, ginger and cook briefly until fragrant. Add the soy sauce mixture to the wok, bring to a boil, and cook until thick and syrupy. Add beef, and heat through, stirring to coat. Serve immediately over steaming rice, and garnish with mandarin oranges and broccoli.
